Oh goodness gracious me! My dream of being my own boss and owning a shop is a reality! I’ve been doing kids hair for 14 years. My specialty is the fact that I am more stubborn than your child and more patient than the embarrassed parent. I’ve shaved children’s heads before surgery and hugged Mama’s tightly before they left the salon. I’ve helped show Daddy’s how to detangle as well as braid their daughters hair. Sometimes due to my autoimmunity some days are incredibly hard to push through and I wonder if another career field would be better for me and my young aching body but I can’t imagine any job making me this happy or being as rewarding as this one.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
**If your child is able but not willing to enter the building without forcefully being carried, dragged, fighting and or screaming into the building , is 5 yrs old or older and is unable to stay in their seat and/or is fighting me during service by attempting to grab my tools, punch, kick, pinch, bite, slap, spitting or any other means to cause me harm I can not service your child.**

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time but more than 5 hrs will result in a 50% charge for the reserved service amount.
Failure to show up or canceling within 5 hours of your appointment time will result in a $25 charge per service scheduled or 100% of the reserved service amount if the amount of service is less than $25 for first offense. Any extra offenses will incur a fee of 100% of the services scheduled.
Not communicating with me and not showing for your appointment on time or at all is a “no show” and may result in no longer being able to schedule any future appointments.
If your child is sick please inform me by text and/or voicemail (909)243-9279 with your appointment date/time and the name the appointment is under. If enough notice is given and your appointment is taken by another client you will not incur any fee. If you arrive with a child that has a fever, vomiting or diarrhea you will be declined service. A child being sick does not guarantee you will not incur a cancellation fee.
I HIGHLY encourage all my clients to aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early as kids, traffic and parking can be unpredictable. I allow you UP TO 5 minutes past your appointment time to be IN THE STUDIO to get service started. The “parking lot” or “just around the corner” is not in the studio. Arriving late to your appointment only forces me to have to work even faster cutting the time, quality and detail put into your child’s haircut. Arriving any later than 5 minutes to the studio will cut into the appointment after yours which is not fair to them. You will need to reschedule your appointment and your scheduled services will be charged for my time. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
Hair should be easily detangled within a few minutes during service. I do not do detangling as a service. If child’s hair is matted or severely tangled you will need to detangle before appointment.
If child or guardian decides at the salon during their appointment to not receive service OR you arrive late and not all services can be performed by stylist the service WILL still be charged.
